How to get there
By car : from Montreal, take the Laurentian highway (A 15) for 76 km. Borrow the exit 76, for Val-Morin and Val-David. Stay on the road 117 North. After five kilometers, turn to the right at the traffic light of VAL-DAVID (you are then on the street of De l`Église).
At the first stop, turn to the left on the road Chemin de la Rivìère; after approximately 1 km, La Maison de Bavière will be at your left. Just next to waterfalls (count approximately 1 hour drive from Montreal ).
By bicycle : Take the linear Park, going south - after Ste-Agathe (station, km 47), go down the hill, cross the “Rivière du Nord”. La Maison de Bavière is hardly 5 km after at your right-hand side, at the beginning of the village of VAL-DAVID (km 42,3). Linear park, going north - after the village of VAL-DAVID (km 42), At approximately 100 meters, you will see the waterfalls at your left, as well as La Maison de Bavière (km 42,3).
By plane : MONTREAL-TRUDEAU airport, in Montreal, (94 km).
By bus : from Montreal, central Station, 505 Maisonneuve Est (corner Berri). First departure is about at 9:30 am and last departure is about at 10:30 pm. Figure about two hours to get to Val-David and approximately $20 CAN for one way ticket. Ask to get off the bus at the FRUITS AND VEGETABLES market of VAL-DAVID, intersection the 117 highway. You can take the street “De l'Église” or by the road the “Chemin de l'Ile” (ask the convenience store). You will have a pleasant walk of 15 minutes on the edge of the river or, in case of rain, of storm or of fatigue, you can phone us at 819-322-3528. We will get to your rescue!
